What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know. We will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.
Are certain purchases final?
Once an item has been opened, it cannot be returned. For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes up to 4 days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 day. Pricing is also based on the total weight of the shipment.
Fulfilment Time
Fulfilment time refers to the period required to prepare your order before it is shipped. This depends on the total number of products in your order:
- 1 – 20 products: 2 full working days
- 21 – 100 products: 7 full working days
Please note that fulfilment time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or public holidays.
Where are the products made?
All of our products are made in Latvia by the company Selfnamed, ensuring high-quality production and careful quality control.
