Once an item has been opened, it cannot be returned. For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

We offer reliable shipping options within the Netherlands to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes up to 4 days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 day. Pricing is also based on the total weight of the shipment.

Fulfilment Time
Fulfilment time refers to the period required to prepare your order before it is shipped. This depends on the total number of products in your order:

1 – 20 products: 2 full working days
21 – 100 products: 7 full working days

Please note that fulfilment time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or public holidays.
