Return policy
You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original, securely sealed packaging.

  • Products cannot be opened — for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened personal care items(e.g., shampoo, cream, lotion, etc.).

  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

How to Request a Return

  • Send an email to contact@vivoria.nl with your return request.

  • Returns should be sent to the following address: Recieving by email

  • After approval, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for the return.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Report any damage, defects, or mistakes right away via the same email.

  • We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Exceptions

  • Opened personal care products or products with broken seals cannot be returned.

  • Personalized products, gift cards, and items on sale are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges: return the unopened product and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

  • Within the European Union, a 14-day statutory withdrawal period applies.

  • This does not apply to personal care products if the seal is broken or the product has been opened.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the approval.

  • Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days using the same payment method.

  • For questions about a refund, please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved.
